How do I sign up to askOLA?
In order to sign up to askOLA you must follow the link https://learn.askola.io/registration/parent
Add in your name, email address, and a password that includes 1 capital letter, at least 8 characters, 1 number, and 1 special character.
You will then be sent an activation link to your email. You need to open the email and click the link (don’t forget to check your spam if it’s not in your inbox).
Select the number of students you wish to have a subscription for and add your credit/debit card details.
You have a 3-day trial period before which your card will not be charged, and you may cancel your subscription any time you choose.
You will be asked your child/children’s details including name, email address, the school they attend, and the year they are in.
If your child doesn't have an email address, you can leave this section blank. Your child could then access their account using your credentials when they login.
Click on Dashboard and the student account you would like to use and your child is now ready to askOLA their first question!
