Student/OLA Code of conduct
When students and OLAS are onboarded, they are sent a document to read called 'Student/OLA' Code of conduct.
This document includes rules that both students and OLAS need to abide by and is designed in order to ensure that children are in a safe and suitable environment.
Part of this code refers to the anonymity that exists between OLA and student and the way each party should behave towards the other.
All OLAS are anonymous and do not disclose any personal information. Students are only known by the first name and should not disclose any further information about themselves.
Profanity is strictly forbidden and users are expected to be polite and respectful.
