Can I change my payment details?
Yes! Go to Subscription & Billing on your account and select ‘Change payment details’.
My payment has failed. What do I do?
If you're using a credit or debit card (or an alternative accepted payment method) and it’s failed more than twice, we suggest contacting your bank or credit card company.
Is my payment safe on askOLA?
Yes! askOLA uses Stripe to process its payments and follows all standard guidelines for encryption and security.
What payment methods can I use for askOLA?
We currently accept credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We'll soon have even more payment options.
Does askOLA offer refunds?
If you're unsatisfied with your askOLA account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly stating the reason you are requesting a refund.
